TRX Classic Series Injection Moulding Machine

The TRX-series cover a range from 60 to 3800 Tonnes clamping force. CLAMPING UNIT
  • Five point tri-toggle clamping unit, finite-element analysis for platen design and modular structure guarantee rigidity of clamping as well as  prolonged operational life
  • T-slot for mould setting
  • Self lubricating bushes in toggle system

 

INJECTION UNIT
  • Specially designed nitride steel screws for PE, PC, PVC & PET, Bimetallic screws suitable for corrosive materials or fibre glass (option)
  • Twin cylinder nozzle movement and balance on both sides ensures no skewing on spray nozzle and no leaking of materials
