Trial runs with MAS dry cleaning plants

The MAS Technology Centre is equipped with a DRD 18 dry cleaner which is available for trial runs with your material. This gives you the ability to test dry cleaning quality and define throughput prior to launching a project, and to adapt machinery that you have ordered to your own specific requirements. A Weima shredder upstream of the dry cleaner allows for feeding with bales. Approx. 500 kg of material are needed for decisive test results.

Trial runs with the MAS extruder

The MAS Technology Centre also has an NCT 55 twin screw extruder, fully equipped with a dosing unit, melt filter and under water pelletising. This means that customer trials can be designed to reflect the application in hand. (e.g. pelletising, admixing of additives and fillers etc.) These trials serve as the basis for precise technical specification of any NCT you order. Approx. 500 kg of material are needed for decisive test results.
